Why is PAP a better ‘at home’ whitening treatment than Peroxide?
PAP, this is the most effective alternative to peroxide. The legal limit of peroxide for over-the-counter purchases is 0.1% Hp (or equivalent) which is an ineffective dose. As a result, the only way to offer peroxide whitening is through a dentist up to a maximum of 6% Hp (or equivalent). The peroxide-free products on the market have historically been very poor due to a lack of effective ingredients. The discovery of PAP has changed this, and we have been at the forefront of PAP technology for years. Of all the brands on the market we have the biggest shade change claims which are clinically tested so you have the most effective OTC product on the market. The PAP works in a similar way to peroxide as it oxidises, and the oxygen-free radicals pass through the tooth lightening stains. This technology is the most effective alternative to in clinic teeth whitening at a fraction of the cost.
Will The Whitening Kit Cause Sensitivity?
One of the best advantages of PAP is the fact that users are highly unlikely to experience any discomfort. We have also included added ingredients of calcium and soothing Vitamin E, alongside Aloe Vera to really enhance your at home experience. There is also a natural mint flavour used in the formula, this is not overpowering but more of a masking agent as the PAP has quite a strong flavour, so you know it really is getting to work!
