Apply Toothpaste

Apply a small pea sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.

2 minutes

Brush in circular motions for two minutes. Spit and do not rinse with water.

Using the applicator

For more targeted relief use the applicator provided, add the toothpaste onto it and gently rub onto the affected teeth before sleep, do not rinse with water and allow to soak in overnight.

Twice Daily

It is important to repeat this twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, around 12 hours apart
