- Pump a pea-sized amount of our Teeth Whitening Toothpaste on to your toothbrush
- Brush teeth thoroughly for two minutes
- Rinse with plenty of water to complete your routine
- Repeat twice a day in the morning and evening

PAP+ Whitening Powder

- Simply wet your toothbrush & dip it into the teeth whitening powder or alternatively put toothpaste on to your brush before dipping first.
- Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes.
- For best results, brush twice daily, in the morning and evening, as part of your oral hygiene routine.

- Brush your teeth to ensure a clean surface for maximum whitening.
- Peel the strip from its backing and apply to your upper or lower teeth.
- Allow the strips to remain in place for a duration of 15 to 30 minutes, during which they work to gently lift and remove stains from the surface of your teeth.
- Remove and rinse your mouth to reveal a brighter, whiter smile. Follow this routine once a day, on both bottom and top teeth, over a 14 day period, for best results.
