At Icy Bear Dental, we’re confident you’ll love your results — but if you don’t see a visible difference within 14 days, you may qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee.

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a claim.

1. Eligibility

• The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to purchases of the Early Black Friday Bundle made through the official Icy Bear Dental website: www.icybeardental.com

• Orders placed via any other retailer or platform, including TikTok Shop, are not eligible.

• Only one refund claim may be submitted per customer.

• The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of the Early Black Friday Bundle.

2. Proof Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you must provide:

1. A clear, dated “before” photo taken prior to your first use of the product.

2. A clear, dated “after” photo taken on or after the 14th consecutive day of use.

3. Both photos must:

   • Be taken in the same lighting and angle.

   • Clearly show the full set of upper and lower teeth.

   • Include visible proof of the date (for example: a smartphone timestamp, dated newspaper, or visible phone screen date).

Without this evidence, we cannot assess your claim.

3. Product Use Requirements

• You must have used the products within the Early Black Friday Bundle as directed on the packaging or enclosed instructions for 14 consecutive days.

• Products must not be used in combination with any other whitening treatment or product during this period.

• You do not need to return any unused product to qualify for a refund.

4. How to Submit a Claim

1. Email enquiries@icybeardental.com with the subject line: Money-Back Guarantee Claim

2. Include your order number, before and after photos (as per Section 2), and the full name and email used to place the order.

3. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your submission and respond within 7 working days.

5. Refund Conditions

• If your claim is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Icy Bear Dental reserves the right to refuse a refund if the submitted photos are inconsistent, unclear, edited, or appear altered in any way.

• We also reserve the right to disqualify any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

6. Additional Information

• The guarantee applies only to visible whitening results. It does not cover preferences relating to taste, texture, or packaging.

• This guarantee is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not affect your statutory rights.
