Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in unused condition. This means they must be unopened, unused and all seals intact. Please contact our team at enquiries@icybeardental.com for more information on how to start your return request.
Faulty or incorrect items
On the very rare occasion you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through enquiries@icybeardental.com where a member of our team will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis.
Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
Please note, we don’t offer exchanges at this time. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
