For babies 6-12 months, use a smear of toothpaste. For 1-2 years, apply a rice-grain-sized amount, and for children 3 years and older, use a pea-sized amount.

Brush Gently

Help your child brush their teeth for two minutes, ensuring all areas are covered.

Rinse and Spit

Rinse and spit after brushing, avoiding swallowing the toothpaste.

Repeat Twice Daily
