Teeth Whitening Powder

- Simply wet your toothbrush & dip it into the teeth whitening powder
- Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes.
- For best results, brush twice daily, in the morning and evening, as part of your oral hygiene routine.

Sensitive Whitening Toothpaste

- Apply a small pea sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.
- Brush in circular motions for two minutes. Spit and do not rinse with water.
- For more targeted relief use the applicator provided, add the toothpaste onto it and gently rub onto the affected teeth before sleep, do not rinse with water and allow to soak in overnight.
- Repeat twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, around 12 hours apart.
