Brush twice daily with the Diamond Whitening Toothpaste to maintain brightness and polish away surface stains. 2–3 times per week, dip your toothpaste-covered toothbrush into the Teeth Whitening Powder and brush as normal to boost stain removal and keep your results looking fresh. If you prefer, you can just dip your toothbrush into the powder without the toothpaste as well.

Use Teeth Whitening Strips Daily

Brush and dry your teeth first to ensure a clean surface. Apply the PAP+ Teeth Whitening Strips once per day for 30 minutes, this is your main whitening step, designed to lift deeper stains while staying gentle, peroxide-free, and sensitivity-free.
