It’s best to avoid eating or drinking during the treatment to allow the whitening solution to work effectively. Consuming food or beverages may dilute the gel, reducing its impact on stains. Yes, but ensure the gel doesn’t contact brackets or wires to avoid uneven whitening. The gel should be applied to exposed tooth surfaces only.
