Peel the strip from its backing and apply to your upper or lower teeth, aligning it properly for optimal coverage and adhesion.

Leave for 15-30 mins

Allow the strips to remain in place for a duration of 15 to 30 minutes, during which they work to gently lift and remove stains from the surface of your teeth.

Rinse

Remove and rinse your mouth to reveal a brighter, whiter smile. Follow this routine once a day, on both bottom and top teeth, over a 14 day period, for best results.
